On 2023, Abdulelah Ibrahim Alorwan Law Firm and Legal Consultancy was established with top distinguished competencies from lawyers and counselors experienced and specialized in Sharia and legal fields. We strive to be the leading law firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in terms of providing various legal services to our clients. We always seek to broaden our understanding  and awareness of the full aspects of the legal business of our clients and their sectors and keep pace with all the developments and updates in all the Saudi Laws.

• Work mechanism:

1. A meeting is held in person or via modern communication means to discuss the issue of the client and understand the client’s demands and goals.
2. A specialized team is assigned to study the issue of the client according to the documents submitted by the client and the laws related to the client’s issue.
3. The client will be provided with an action plan and the procedures that will be taken based on the pre-study of client’s issue and the financial proposal for the works to be carried out for the client .
4. A contract will be concluded between the client and the Firm to define all obligations, duties and responsibilities of both parties.
5. Implementation of the works related to the issue of the client shall commence according to the concluded contract.
6. Continuous communication with the client to provide the client with all details and updates about the client’s issue and to send periodic reports on any updates.
